How do I set "Keep text only" as a default when I paste text?

Not quite clear what you want - get rid of the formatting? I don't think
Outlook has such a feature. I use PureText for that
(http://www.stevemiller.net/puretext/).

When I paste text in an email, it will always default to the style and font
of the text's origin as opposed to matching the style and font of my email.
I want the text I paste to always just match the email I'm writing,
automatically.

It doesn't make sense to type an email in Times New Roman, and then paste in
some sentences in Arial, and then keep typing in Times New Roman.

OK, that's what PureText does.
