I am trying to upload my website to the internet and my host said that I
should set the Frontpage to the 2000 version for it to work. I'm using
version 2003.
Thanks

No sure function or feature!!!!

FP2003 can publish in the same manner as prior versions.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:
http://support.microsoft.com
If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

Maybe what they are trying to say is that they are too lazy to install
FP2002 extensions?

That's what I'm reading too, but it still doesn't help me to publish my
website! Is there no way around this problem?

What problem? FP2003 can publish to either the FP2000 or FP2002 extensions, the same as either
FP2000 or FP2002 can publish to either the FP2000 or FP2002 extensions.

What error are you getting?
