How do I set default text size?

Here's an annoying problem I have with the text size in Explorer 6: quite
often the text size appears as "Smaller" and with some sites this means the
text appears cludgy. Whenever I manually set it back to "Medium", it slips
back to "Smaller" some time later either at a new site or new logon. What's
happening? And how do I set a default to "Medium"?

Any help would be greately appreciated.
