Hi again -
Just a quick update to say thank you for your help. I've tried the
suggestions and have been able to gain access to my account through
Safe Mode. No luck yet on the other possibilities, as I simply
haven't had time.
I'll keep plugging away - I think you've given enough info to go on
and it's trial and error now...
