Hard to say at this level of detail. Consult the Help of your backup
software on how to restore a single file from backup. Once you have the
pst-file on your local hard drive (make sure you don't overwrite any
existing pst-file in the process), you can connect to it in Outlook via
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
