When I start Microsoft office outlook, I get a message, The operation failed.
When I go to Business contact Manager, it says that it is already enabled,
to use this feature, you must restart outlook. How do I restart outlook in
order to use Business Contact Manager?

Sounds like BCM is hosed, apart from whether the Addin is enabled or
not. The operation failed error is suallu caused by (1) Outlook could
not connect to BCM database, (2) Could not load one of the BCM files,
and (3) the .NET CLR (virtual machine) failed to start.

If you know how, see if you can connect to the database without BCM. If
not, that's your problem.

All the BCM files and the CLR should be installed by BCM setup.

Did BCM used to work? If it's never worked, you can try running setup
again. If it used to work, did you update to a new service pack, or
install some new software just before BCM stopped working?
