I am able to send messages from outlook but not receive any - I get the error
code above and the message that I cannot access POP3 server. My mailbox is
not full and I have not changed or installed any other software or virus
programmes. My ISP do not support Outlook - can anyone help please.

Not enough information to go on. For example, who is your ISP so that we
can ask simple questions like, does the POP3 server name match what the ISP
says it should be set to. We might also ask you questions like, what
operating system are you using, what version of Outlook, do you have any
antivirus/antispam/3rd party firewall software installed that might be
blocking Outlook.
