I am inserting another persons part of the presentation in the middle of mine
and I need to restart the page numbers for that section and then resume the
numbering after their last page. How do I do that? Anyone know?

You might be better off all around just linking to the other person's
presentation and when you want to return to yours, you can just hit
Escape. Be sure to put the other presentation in the same folder as yours
before linking, and be sure to keep the presenations together. That
should take care of the page numbering and some other issues that are
hard to do when inserting.
