Send an email with voting buttons for the times and once you receive the
responses, then set up the appointments.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, michael schocket asked:

The voting buttons didn't work, I want to request a meeting to various people
lets say for either 1:00 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. What would be the best way for
people to respond and or choose a time

Why didn't the voting buttons work? Put in voting buttons for the available
times, request that the recipients select one of the available time slots
and then set up the appointments when you receive the response. Telling us
that it didn't work does not help troubleshooting - WHY didn't it work?

Milly I figured out that I had to seperate the time by a semicolon then
people can vote. Thanks for the quick response
