How do I report a bug?

How do I report a bug? I'd like to let Microsoft know that apparently there
is no way to include a delivery point barcode on a label that is generated
from a mail merge from Outlook 2003. This is an oversight as it was a
feature in earlier versions of Outlook. I know it can be done from Word
2003, but I can't filter the data nearly as expeditiously in Word as I can
in Outlook.

Thanks,
John Nasta

Unless you have a support contract, I believe you'll have to pay for a
support incident.

Thanks. Yes, it seems to be that way. I tried going through their web site.

This is strange to me since I am not asking for technical support, and I am
trying to help them maintain the quality and efficacy of the product.

IMO they should have a one-way email form, meaning that you can submit a
report but you will not get a response. Oh well.
