How do I reply to an e-mail with a "Form Letter"?

In my job, I receive the same questions over and over again. I currently
maintain a single text file which contains the appropriate answers and I cut
and paste as needed. At best it's a little tedious.

Is there a way to reply to an email by just selecting from a list of "Form
Letters"?

I am running Outlook 2007

Thanks

Extra signatures are one way to do this. Quick Parts are another. See http://turtleflock-ol2007.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!C1013F1F9A99E3D8!158.entry

keep the "form emails" in a folder in your inbox, and just copy and paste the
address into the appropriate email

not natively. you could use autotext though... if you want a real template,
see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail_compose.asp - email templates is
one that will do it.
