but doesnt do that for me anymore.....so, not sure....

You want to do a header, I believe.

Go to View/Header and Footer.

<ctrl>-R right-justifies text.

To repeat, text and/or functions, try F4 (note that not all functions will be
repeated but it does many which is very useful indeed).
Repeating same information from one page to another, could be Header&Footer
as described by Niniel.
Also Repeating Data, have a look at:
