As of today, outlook connector will not download messages. I can send them
and read in hotmail. I've followed the troubleshooting tips found in
kb286040.

I had to remove my email address, and then re-add through outlook connector.
It worked fine after that.

check the connector toolbar - what does it say. did you try logging into the
acct using a web browser? sometimes hotmail makes you do that and the
connector fails until you do.

I have version 12.0.6023.5000 of outlook 2007, and version 12.0.4518.1063 of
outlook connector. I can't find a more updated version if there is one. I
downloaded it again and preformed a repair, but it still isn't working.

Thanks for your help,
Robin

I added my hotmail account again, it worked fine. If I delete the old one, I
loose my Calander. You can log in to hotmail at their site, it just won't
sync. How do I incorporate the two accounts and calander too?

I did that and it downloaded messages that weren't there before, but won't
download any new messages.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by connector toolbar, my server status
doesn't show any errors other than the calendar error. I've logged into
hotmail and checked my emails. Thanks a bunch for the help.

do you have a paid account? the calendar only works with paid accts - free
accts are limited to email.
