I have a 2002 subscription that is about to expire. There is no renewal for
that year. How do I purchase a 2004 suscription? Is there a Symantic telephone
number that I can use so I can talk to a live person for assistance? The
Symantic website is very confusing. Can I download a new version over my
"obsolete" 2002 version. Are there any Norton antvirus tech support people out
there reading this group who can help me?

Open NAV (or SystemWorks, whatever you have), select
the antivirus area if you have to, and click on
Subscritpion Services. It'll give you a web URL and in
my case there's a number there to call but I'd get one
from the web site to be sure it's current. Help;
About; might have info too but no time to check right
now.

I have Norton AV 2003 installed and running on my PC. Exactly one
month before my subsciption expired, a message from Norton opened up in the
Windows system tray reminding me of this. I was given the option of
renewing my subscription for another year, or buying the latest version of
Norton. I choose to renew for another year, at a cost of $32. Fairly
expensive. I was tempted to upgrade to the newer version, but I've read a
lot of negative comments about NAV 2004, and about upgrading their software,
so I decided to stick with what I have.
