Right click on My Computer. Click on Manage. If 'Storage'
has a + sign, click it and click on Disk Management. You
should get a graphic display of your PC's drives. Right
click on drive C and select 'Change Drive Letter and
Paths'. Click and then click 'change' and the rest should
be obvious.
Why do you want to do this though?
