I am using Vista and Outlook 2007. I am the administrator and it wont let me
remove it

Launch Outlook with administrator priveledges; right click the Outlook
shortcut and choose Run as Administrator.

Which add-in are we talking about here?
Why do you want remove it?
If you don't want to use it again anymore simply uninstall it.

Many thanks that was really helpful. It was a Dymo print add_in (and XP
version) which didnt come off when I uninstalled the program and stopped me
from installing Vista download
