When I open Word 2003 the following message appears: "An error occured when
trying to launch the Remove Hidden Data Tool. Try reinstalling." How does
one reinstall the Remove Hidden Data Tool?

The RHD Tool is an add-in that enable removal of embedded data included in
Word docs (as well as others). Apparently it was installed on your system at
one time & has either been removed or become damaged. You may be able to
resolve the matter by going to Tools> Templates & Add-Ins to select & remove
it from the list. OTOH, if you want it to be available it can be downloaded
from here:
