how do i reformat the height and width of an exsiting web page

I created an about me page orginally with the width of350 and the height of
400
then i importated some text and it streched the hight. I would like to reset
the page
to the orginal height and width to see how every thing fits.
also be able to make adjustments to the dementions to fit all the text.

Remove the extra text the changed the height. Tables/Cells will always adjust the content that is
inserted.
