I am wanting to redirect - not forward - some messsages to another office
member.

Is there a way to redirect, so their inbox does not show me as the sender
and they can see the original sender when it hits their in box? ( to help
with filtering - instead of them all showing from me )

So you want us to help you figure out how to get around someone else
filter who chose to block your e-mails because they don't want to
receive anything from you?

When Outlook is connected to an Exchange server, the ability to redirect is
available because the server can redirect. Outlook itself cannot, so unless
you're using an Exchange account, the ability doesn't exist. There are
tools you can buy that will add the abiliity, though. Here's one:
