How do I redirect the F12 key to open My Docs instead of Desktop?

's Computer Specifications

On most computers, when in a Word doc or email message, by hitting F12, it
directly opens My Documents. I am working on a different profile that opens
Desktop instead of My Docs. Where can I change the setting?

or in Word 2007
Word Options > Advanced > File Locations > Documents
