Windows XP SP2 crashed. Had to reinstall. Then had to reload all programs so
they would appear in XP program listings. Now cannot see any of my Outlook
2000 emails or address book. Anybody know where they hopefully may be? Have
tried IMPORT function but can't locate files. I did have auto archive enabled
on Outlook.

If you have a backup, search for *.PST files. If there's no backup and you
created a new partition and formatted the hard disk when installing Win XP
then Windows cannot give you your data back.
