I back up my entire system using Acronis True Image to a separate drive. A
disk failed and I reinstalled XP. However the Outlook folders, archives and
contacts did not transfer from the backup. Is it possible to restore these
files?

Thank you,

If you made a complete backup these files are your *.pst files, and if you
restored your system they would have been restored
See here for info on file locations
