How do I recover a deleted item that is more than 2 months old?

's Computer Specifications

I deleted an item quite some time ago and a co-worker is requesting that
information from me again as they also deleted this item. I'm trying to
recover this deleted file which is more than 2 months old and the file was
deleted more than a month ago (at least).
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
