It does not appear that your question has to do with Microsoft Office's
Database program, Microsoft Access - which is the subject of this newsgroup.
You may want to repost a comprehensible question (describing the software
you're using and what you're trying to accomplish) in a newsgroup for that
software. The Microsoft webpage can be confusing; you do need to scroll down
the list of subject areas and find one for whatever program you're using.
