How do I receive a notification of resources in a meeting request?

Hi,

I want to receive a notification at creating a meeting request. It has to
notify me, if I want with the meeting room, a beamer or sandwishes, if yes,
that this is automatically sheduled for this meeting room en attendees of the
meeting.
