I need to distribute a printed participant's (community members) directory
that has their pictures. I have all the contact information (including the
contact picture) in Outlook 2003, but can't define this as a printing option.
Anyone has any ideas?.

Outlook provides no way to do that.

Thank you. Do you have any ideas on alternatives to do this?

I know of no off-the-shelf add-ins with that capability. Custom VBA code saving each picture (it's an attachment to the contact) and inserting it into a Word document would be a possibility if you're a programmer.
