I'm sorry but I've been using the Web and e-mail for over 10 years and e-mail
clients, even Outlook, pretty clear about how to send the message.

What isn't clear is how to get to this "help" forum. Even though I've been
using this support system for over a year, Microsoft keeps changing the
navigation to get here, making it so complicated...

It boggles my mind that someone can make it here and actually post a message
(since Internet Explorer blocks the pop-up window needed to actually post a
message by default)...and yet not know how to click the Send button after
writitng an e-mail.
