In Windows 2000, when I wanted to prepare a snail-mail letter to a contact, I
simply opened the contact, went to 'actions', chose 'new letter to contact',
and "Document 1 - Microsoft Word' would come on, followed by the 'Letter
Wizard - Step 1 of 4' window. Then I would simply check the date-box, and
then click 'finish'. The Document 1 - Microsoft Word document would then
present itself, including the Date Line, the Contact Name, Business Name, and
Address, followed by my name. I would then type my letter, print, and the
document was ready for envelope insertion and snail-mailing. I cannot figure
how to do this in Microsoft XP ???? Can you help? Email suggestions to
(E-Mail Removed).

Microsoft what XP? Office XP? Windows XP? If Office XP, the option is in
the same place in the Outlook contact record.

That option is not and never was available from Windows.
