How do I "point" to the right software?

FrontPage is part of Office, but years later I bought an undated FrontPage.
But when I click on PAGE on my browser, and then EDIT WITH FRONTPAGE, it
keeps going to the wrong FrontPage. Is there a way to get my browser to point
to the newer software?
