Have a cd that I wish to play to go along with a presentation but I can only
seem to get it going on slide number 1 and then when I go to rehearse my
presentation when I click to advance to the next slide the cd stops playing.
How do I set it up so that the cd can keep playing and so I can rehearse all
my timings for the remainder of my slides so that I can then save it all?
Surely there must be a way.
I'm usuing Power Point 2000.

Hewey,
In PowerPoint 2000
Insert - Movies and Sounds - choose Play CD Audio Track.
Select the number you want to start and end with.
Choose Yes when asked if you want to play automatically.
Right click the cd-icon on your slide.
Choose Custom Animation
In the Animation dialog choose Multimedia Settings tab - select the radio
button Continue slide show and type a high number next to Stop playing after
number box something like 999.
