See if the following will help:
Right click Computer and select Manage,
Select Disk Management,
Go to full screen to see all of your drives,
Right click the drive you want to change,
Select - Change drive letter and paths.
Follow the screen prompts,
Sometimes you need to move the CD drive higher in the alphabet to keep it
from interfering with the Hard drive letters.
