how do I paginate a book in Word 2007

I would like to paginate a scanned book (in chapters) to correspond to the
pages of the hard copy of the book. Can you help me with this?

Go through the file page by page and Insert > Break > Next Page.

You could try imitating the formatting of the book (fonts, sizes,
margins), but that won't work.
