Guys i don't know much about html or flash but i woul like to do a new page
transition using elements on my web page (top blue neon bar).

Check out http://blopes.no.sapo.pt/port.htm

What I would like to do is once i open a link there, the top blue neon bar
came down and up to open a new page (like a powerpoint animation) and show
the new page between the two neon blue bars.

Can you tell me how can i do this or where can i learn from some examples?

Thank you for your help
Bruno

Dude, what you're asking... I don't think FP can do. In fact, I don't think
they have any page transitions at all. From the concept you're describing,
you'd have to make a pure Flash site, and include the animations in it,
either that or make a frames page, and include the animation transition to
the frame you want to change, but I don't even know if that's possible. It
definately ISN'T possible for FrontPage though.

FP does have page transitions (DHTML) but to a limited extent - certainly
not the extent of Powerpoint's screen transitions; and I think it's also IE
only type features.
