If the Word attachment is a .docx file, then you'll need a Word 2007 reader
or, better, in my opinion, the Office 2007 Compatibility Pack, which will
allow Office 1000, XP, and 2003 to create Word 2007 documents, and the Word,
Excel, and Powerpoint viewers 2003 to show you those documents. See
