How do I open a specific PST file when starting Outlook?

How can I setup the file types to open an Outlook personal folders file (PST)
when I double click on the PST file or set up a command line shortcut to open
the PST file.

Hi Joe,
you can open the pst file only with outlook
FILES|OPEN|Outlook Data File
You cant open it with a double click!
