You can open the scraps in 2003 and save them as PPTs that PPT2007 will be
able to read. It may even be possible to automate this process with a
macro.
In the future, you should avoid using the scrap files for items of
importance because there is no guarantee that their format will be supported
in future versions, as seems to be the case here.
