Hi, If I get the full version of FP 2003, I now am working with the full
version of FP 2000, do i need to uninstall the FrontPage 2000 first so that
FrontPage 2003 will work? thank you!

In my opinion, that is the best path to take.

No, however FP2003 will prompt you for permission to uninstall FP2000 when installing.
