How do I make 'save as web page' with interactivity work properly.

I have a pivot chart that I've customised by grouping categories, etc. When I
publish it as a web page with interactivity, the categories do not show at
all, and when I add them manually in the browser, of course it loses the
grouping information and various other customisations. Many thanks if you're
willing to share an answer!
