How do I make a pop-up page

's Computer Specifications

I am trying to put a hyperlink on my webpapge that will open a new page, but
keep the original one open. In other words, when someone clicks on the link,
they will open a second page and will then have 2 pages open. Can anyone
help me out here? thanks!

Dear Don:
Highlight the link, right click and select "hyperlink properties". This
will open the hyperlink properties box. Next, select the "target frame"
button and from the menu of choices select :new window". Doing so will cause
the new page to be created as a separate window and allow the two screens to
be open at the same time
