Try asking the experts in an OE newsgroup.

Don

Is your Windows XP Professional or Home Edition?

I just created a Limited Account on this computer (Home Edition).
Clicking on Outlook Express in the All Programs list started the wizard
to set up an Account requiring ISP details etc. Doesn't this occur on
your machine? Where does the process stop?

Hope this helps.

Outlook Express is supposed to work just fine for a Limited account. It
always has for me.

Maybe by asking in a group with OE in the title? Notice this group
LACKS that.

Ask elsewhere.

Isn't your terminology "Limited Account" merely mean that the account is a
member of the users group?
