How do I make 'No Line' textboxes print without lines?

Graphics have textboxes set with white background and no lines. When slides
printed they appear with lined borders.

Based on a post Echo made last month,

it looks like if you will have to use "No Fill" for the textbox, and
draw a white box beneath the text.
