Thanks Judy,
Last question I think..
Once I made the new contact, how do I assign an all day event with this contact and have this all day event appear in the activities tab of the contact?
It seems that I can only select 'Meeting' from the contact form and then I can set up an all day event in that, but it wants to send an email and I don't want to do that.
Only other option seems to be from again, the meeting form where I can select 'calendar' and use that to make up an all day event, but then it won't sync it with the contact's activities.
So to sum up, I want to be able to make an all day event from this contact in my calendar and have it show up in the contact's activities tab and I don't want to send the contact an email in the process. .
Sorry for all these questions
-Frank
