How do I make my table properties card smaller?

The card comes up, covering the page from top to bottom, so that I cant see
the OK, APPLY, or CANCEL commands. This is on Frontpage 2003.

You can't make it smaller. Use keyboard shortcuts.

FP 2003 was designed to operate with your screen/monitor resolution set at
1024 x 768. So, you probably have it set at 800 x 600 (as do I).

You can change the resolution, or use alt/spacebar +m and use the arrow
keys.

I am able to manage to drag the page layout window toward the top just
enough to see part of the commands.
