how do i make my navigation on shared border move as user scrolls up/down?

hi

i would really appreciate your help. i really don't know much about
html, which is why i'm using frontpage for my webpage.

i've placed my navigation links on the shared border (left hand side of
page) and would like the links to "travel" with the pages. As the
visitor scrolls down, I'd like the navigation links to stay in sight.
is that do-able with frontpage '02?
