How do I make my mouse work faster?

I'm running a brand new dell & I use the accessible mouse options with the keyboard. I have both the acceleration speed & top speed all the way to max. I also turned the mouse speed up in my control panel but the mouse still is not really fast. Before I had an HP & the accessible mouse keys went much faster. Any suggestions so I can run the mouse faster?
