photoshop lessons from ABOUT will not open? Is there anyway to fix this?

Are you using OL2003 with SP2 installed and is the item sitting in the Junk
E-mail folder?

I didn't install SP2 and I am using Outlook 2003. Some of my e-mails are in
the junk folder. Would that keep them from opening a link when I click on
them? Some are in the inbox and will not open. Thank you for your quick
response. Any other suggestions?

Probably either your security settings or a pop-up blocker. Try holding
down Ctrl when clicking on the link. If that doesn't work you could try
changing your internet security settings.
