How do I make a minor adjustment to many pages at once?

Hi there. ..
I have frontpage 2003 and I have been making adjustments one page at a time..
Can someone please tell me how to make adjustments common to all pages at
once?

What type of adjustments
- if it is related to formats try using as Style sheet
- if it is related to layout try recreating your site using a DWT

1) Use a Dynamic Web Template for common elements in a oage
2) Use FrontPage include pages for common elements
3) Use Search and Replace (Edit->Replace) for permanently changing small
lines of text in code view.

More information will enable a more focused answer.
