im making my own online browser based rpg game but im stuck on making a log
in..i have a database already, but i don't know how to make the log in and
register. im sorry learning as i make this. can someone help me please?

There are a lot of different ways to do this based on what kind of DB you've
got, what kind of server side scripting, what you actually want to happen
when a person logs in, registers, drops out, etc.
It's the kind of thing you could literally spend a thousand hours on.

you might want to look for examples or pre-made stuff here:
