The default Print button on the toolbar executes the command
FilePrintDefault (which prints immediately using the default settings). To
get a button that will open the Print dialog, you need to select the
FilePrint command (or the Print... command in the File category) in Tools |
Customize. Note the general convention that a command without an ellipsis
executes immediately, while a command followed by an ellipsis opens a
dialog.
