How do I make a FLASH file continually loop? I want my flash file to be
visible at all times.

That's a user setting, when you right click the flash movie, you get a sub
menu with such options as "zoom", "play", "stop" and "loop".
but I should think you can set this in the flash file itself (you'd need
Flash or Swish to edit the file).

I have the opposite problem - using flash media, works but goes into
continuous loop and will not stop. The "Continuous LOOP" is not checked. Any
ideas?
